The cookies arrived in wonderful shape. I froze them for just a few days until our staff in-service day, when we’d planned a taste test between Suzanne's cookies and those from a recipe in author Julie Hyzy's latest book. Suzanne’s cookies won! It was close as you can see from the attached photos. The difference was that Suzanne’s cookies were soft and Julie’s were a bit crunchy.
Thanks Suzanne for taking the time to bake these for our library staff. The cookies were a perfect treat to end the day and so fun to eat.
