Greasing the aluminum foil that lined the pan seemed unnecessary to me, but since I'd never made this recipe before I decided to follow the directions. And I'm sure glad I did otherwise the cake would have been very difficult to get out the pan.

Spread the batter into the corners of the pan.

When you invert the baking pan after you take the cake out of the oven you can't hesitate, One, two, three, flip it over in one sweeping motion or the cake will break. I almost had a disaster. Then carefully peel the foil off of the cake.  NEXT PAGE >
