Claus Møller
Dr. Janelle M. Barlow
 Claus Møller, a Danish business economist, is the founder and chairman of TMI. In addition to acting as adviser to numerous governments and companies, Claus maintains a full-time international speaking career. He is the best-selling author of several TMI books, including Putting People First, Personal Quality, My Life Tree, and Employeeship. In 1991, he was named the "European Quality Guru" by the British Department of Trade and Industry. He is coauthor, with Janelle Barlow, of A Complaint Is a Gift: Using Customer Feedback as a Strategic Tool.
 Dr. Janelle M. Barlow embodies the idea of a renaissance individual. She is an entrepreneur and author, plays classical piano, and is an award-winning photographer. She is President of TMI,US partner with the multinational training and consulting organization Time Manager International. Her Ph.D. was earned at the University of California at Berkeley where she studied both political science and education. She has two master's degrees, one in international relations and another in psychology. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
