Installing the Free RealPlayer
In
order
to
listen
to
audio
books,
you
need
to
install
a
free
copy
of
the
RealOne
Player
software.
The
company
sells
a
fancy
versions
of
the
program,
but
the
free
one
will
work
just
fine
for
the
Audio
Book
Club.
Go
to
their
home
page
at www.real.com and click on the FREE button. See red arrow below.
This will take you to a second page. Click on the “Download Free RealPlayer” link. Do not
click on the “Download Now” button. See red arrow:
This will take you to a third page. By now, you realize they are making it a bit difficult to get
the free player, but don’t stop now. When you get to this page a file download window will
pop up. That’s the free player. Click OK to download the file.
If you don’t see the download file pop up window, click on the “here” link to start the download
process. See red arrow:
After saving the file on your computer, navigate to it and double click on it. This will start the
