My new plant is a Ginger Red Button.
The squash are called Sweet Mama. When I visited Cathy last month, a friend of mine who lives in Wisconsin, I commented about how good her squash was. Yesterday, the UPS man delivered two Sweet Mamas to my door. Cut one in half, salt and pepper it, cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for one hour and when it's fork-tender, it's a sweet, good-for-you treat. I absolutely love them.
