Grandpa picked out the places we stopped to eat lunch. (That's Bailey on the left and me on the right.) Every choice was an interesting experiment, but Grandpa's choices were all winners! This lunch place was an old-fashioned drive-in (but the drive-in part was only active on the weekend) the rest of the week was indoor seating.
Bailey and Paul (our 2 1/2 year old grandson) were instant buddies. This is Paul's favorite photo. I made a photo book for both grandkids and Paul took this photo out of his book and carried it around for days after our trip to Sea World.
Grandma had the car stocked with coloring books, travel Bingo and of course Bailey and I made a trip to the library before we left for Sea World. (More about the Sea World adventure, along with photos, tomorrow.)
