I received the cookies! Here are pictures of some of the members of my Ref/Periodicals team who enjoyed the cookies last week. The cookies arrived on exactly the same day I found out that I passed my Comprehensive exam at the University of South Florida. That's the last hurdle I had to get through to qualify for my M.L.I.S. degree in August, after four long years of taking one class at a time, while working full time at JPL. So, even though delayed, the cookies came at the perfect time and were much enjoyed by all.

I hope you’re feeling better Suzanne, your cookie-baking skills are definitely in top form. —Theresa

Me and my daughter Drew

I’d announced to friends and family, “Anyone that would just show up at my house the day the cookies came, I would share with them!” And man they were so delicious, even my dog snapped at one of the cookies I was about to bite. And if Hubby was quicker he would have taken that picture, too.

The Cookies smelled so delicious and were so soft, they melted in my mouth. I was so surprised that they were not all crumbs by the time I got them. It was amazing to see that they made it all the way from Florida to New York, and I swear they were still warm from the oven!

Hubby had a cookie too! Or should
 I say three

My hubby ate the first cookie. Then my daughter Drew popped in after work, but before she ate a cookie she asked, “Mom, how can you accept cookies from someone online?” I said because I know Suzanne would not poison me! My daughter could not believe I was so trusting, but then she took a big bite and devoured the cookie.

Hi Suzanne!

First things first, I'm happy to hear that your surgery went well and although the recovery was slow and painful, your readers are glad to have you back and healthy.

Needless to say that when the cookies arrived it was hard to keep my kids from eating them all before we could get a picture. When the cookies arrived we all stopped what we were doing, gathered around the dinning room table, everyone watch patiently as I carefully opened the package and then they attacked! The cookies were perfect! We warmed them up for a few seconds and they were just to die for when the melted chocolate chips hit our taste buds.

Your hand written note was a nice personal touch, you have beautiful handwriting. I hope you enjoy the attached picture. We took the picture last week and even more so now, are proud LAKER fans! —Ana
