The Sweet Dough recipe can be used for cinnamon rolls. Roll the dough out to fit the board, cover lightly with butter and then sprinkle on the cinnamon and sugar mixture and roll up the dough.

Most people use a knife to cut the dough, but I’ve found that dental floss works best for me. Slide the floss underneath the roll, twist the ends around and slice the cinnamon roll. It works like a charm!
