My name is Donna Straney from the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County, I won last weeks cookies. I want to thank you for your great blog I read every week so much fun to be involved with your enthusiasm and it shows in your columns. I was so excited to win the great prize of your famous Chocolate Chip Cookies and as you can see I shared them with my co-workers.

I want to thank you so much for the cookies. I am sorry I did not get a picture before they were gone! I have a 19 year old son who really hasn't had a lot to smile about in these last few years. He has epilepsy and had to stop driving, going to school and all the sports he played. He has watched his friends graduate and carry on with their lives. Due to so many health complications, he is at home and I know he is lonely. He really enjoyed your cookies. We laughed each time he went back for another, and another, and another. His smile made my day. Thank you for your kindness.
