The error page and thank you page that these forms call are stored in the ebc/zip/ directory and are published from the NetObjects file “DearReader Zipcode Misc Pages”

The bookaudio, bookfiction, etc. pages have the title, author, description and embedded image of bookjacket. These html pages are embedded into other pages.

The sufiction, subusiness, etc. pages are the signup pages used with DearReader. These pages have the signup form and the current week’s book. This latter is accomplished by inserting external html.

The fiction, business, etc. type pages are the ones used by libraries and non dearreader users. They have the external html, i.e., the corresponding bookaudio, bookbusiness pages.

The allbook page uses the generic named files for the bookjackets. When this page is published, the generic bookjackets are uploaded and automatically change at any site referencing them.
